Worst Warranty experience!!

Can I have an option to give Vodacom 0 stars? I received my new phone 12 March 2019, then the screen starts giving problems. And Now Vodacom fourways is saying its out of warranty? How can this be? Now the bigger problem is that Vodacom fourways is phoning me weekly and telling me I have repair costs, where I each time say that the phone is under warranty. Really????
