Worst vodacom store newtown junction

I took my sony xperia Z3 in for the screen being loose which is still under warranty the guy doing reapirs bafana starting interogating me as if it was a crime. The owner Faheem whom i know very well says i shoul take my phone to cresta! I felt it was not right to refer me to another branch when the contract was done by him. I am 20yrs with vodacom and always went to Sandton City where the service was the best! Stay away from newtown junction vodacom once you sign a contract they dont have customer service whether they know you or not! Very bad attitude and service! I have called and left messages for the owner faheem to call me back which he has not! Please avoid this store they not professional they are just out for the quick buck!
