Worst vodacom store ever

On the 25th July 2024 i went to vodacom Chatsworth to quire my contract which i signed up for a week earlier. The consultant told me the contract amount will be R665 from 1st of next month but on the 25th July i got a sms saying my bill will be R875 from 1st August 2024. When i went to the store the consultant then went to his computer and after a while said that its correct R875 and then it will go R909. After making a huge scene the consultant then foned vodacom only to be told that the correct amount is R665. The bottom line is vodacom at Chatsworth center is a bunch of useless inexperienced people. They dont need more training they need to be fired. Furthermore is big muscular indian male came to try and intimidate me
