Worst Vodacom repair job - passing the buck

I received my new Samsung Note 5 early October 2015. One month later it started overheating and shuts down. I submitted it to Craig Ortmann at Vodacom Brooklyn to repair. He sent it to Chris Kok at Vodacom Repairs in Potchefstroom, job number ***1.
Chris repaired and tested it and sent it back three weeks later. It worked for a few hours. Very disappointed, I resubmitted it but this time I claimed a new handset. Chris agreed and offered to request it for me.
Then all of a sudden, Vodacom pulled the meanest trick in the book. They now claim the handset was subjected to water damage. It must have happened in Potch, because it never received water damage in my possession! Check the internet yourself. Worldwide this water damage claim trick is being pulled against customers when a company does not want to repair a cell phone.
Can I receive my new handset now after waiting more than 2 months for it to be \repaired"?
"""
