Worst Vodacom experience in my life!

Very excited to upgrade my contract... Called the store to confirm that they have the special I have seen on on the website. Went to the store and just before the admin payment of R150 I was told that the contract I am applying for was not on there system and was bul**** into upgrading to a contract with a higher installment and I was not told that it's an open contract. The most pathetic service I have ever received from Vodacom after being loyal for years! When calling them, there was "no option to return or change the contract" but online it states that there is a 14 day return policy...i will never recommend anyone to vodacom after this!!!
