Worst Vodacom admin/accounts department service
The Worst service regarding admin and refund after migrating. Am still waiting since January 2021!! They keep on running on old higher package, leaving me out of pocket. Latest email feedback is that my refund will be processed for activation on 30 April 2021 only, after refund was confirmed for 19 March 2021 already!!

23 Mar 2021, 14:40I have received an automated response, that someone will contact me. I have made contact with Vodacom since January 2021, received plenty apologies but no real assistance or refund. Lots of words, references etc but no outcome.
