Worst Upgrade Service Ever!!!
I have a Vodacom contract, tried to upgrade earlier this month via their online / remote option and had a horrible experience. I was told my device is on stock, the next I’m told they out of stock after processing my upgrade. When I tried to follow up on their stock availability and delivery I’m told my details are on M2 and they only have access to C3D system. My contract term has also been messed up, I can’t wait to for this ordeal to end so I can CANCEL my contract!!!
