Worst Upgrade Experience Ever.

Wow Vodacom. I always was a BIG fan. Really I was - I told all my friends how great your Online Upgrade service was. Until this year... when I had to upgrade my contract.

Wow and so tha Saga began. I upgraded my contract on the 3rd of April. At the time when I did the online upgrade YOUR website advised that you had the IPhone 7 with 128GB data available in stock. I have the screenshot as proof. So I happily went along and did the upgrade and set my business address as the address where the phone was to be delivered. I phoned the next morning just to confirm that you received my order and what the status was (As I was due to attend quite a few meetings off-site that week and wanted to be sure that I was there to receive the phone.). First I spoke to a lady who was CHEWING while on the phone and advised to phone another number - Vodacome Online I think. Which I did. This lady told me that your systems was offline and had to phone another number. Which I did. Then I spoke to a gentleman who advised me that the phone was not in stock and was on backorder!!! What? After your website advised me the previous day that it was??? In addition to this he was also friendly to advise that Vodacom Online was not offline and that the lady just didn't wanted to assist me. (This was on the 5th or 6th of April. Check your records.) So I waited a week and phoned again on the 12th of April - after two or three phone calls I spoke to Janelle who advised me that my phone was to arrive the very next day (at the latest!) Yeah!

But no..... So again I phoned on the 14th of April as I was again due to go off-site for a meeting. So....the first consultant then told me that the phone was still on back order, so Janelle ****!!! She then promised to put me through to her but the phonecall was cut! I phoned AGAIN! (This seems to be a trend with you guys), I eventually spoke to Celeste who assisted me and ordered me a 258GB IPhone in RoseGold as this was in stock. I agreed to this and was quite excited. Saturday I received a phonecall from Moses to confirm all my details (Now I was getting excited as things were finally happening.)

In the meantime I changed my delivery address to my residential address as I know I have someone at home everyday except a Wednesday. So now my poor Domestic Worker is waiting at home for a delivery that again never came. I phoned today 18 April. Spoke to someone there who couldn't tell me what the DELAY was, and promised ot have Celeste phone me. Suprise Suprise - this never happened.

Congratulations Vodacom, you managed to frustrate the $#@$#@$#@ out of me and ruin an IPHONE 7 for me in the process!

I want answers without having to phone you more than 3 times in the process!
