Worst treatment by Vodacom and Ram towards loyal customers

Both Vodacom and Ram are too *********** to fix an address they got wrong... If you are told you are a loyal customer for years by Vodacom you get treated like this. Order made online for 2 phone lines with the same profile. There is only one address for the profile. Vodacom decided to send 2 parcels both with different addresses... Between Ram Couriers and Vodacom they can not fix the address they had wrong on the one parcel. I have no idea where they got the address at all. It has taken over a month to try and fix it and you as the customer is treated like the idiot and have to request a change of address and it never gets fixed. I have attempted to fix the address atleast 4 times but to no avail. You get directed to contact Vodacom then Ram back and forth. The customer has to go through all the effort to fix it and then Vodacom blocks you accusing you of *****!! They then laugh it off when you go to Vodaworld. Is this what it means to be a loyal customer? This parcel has traveled from JHB to PTA multiple times and is supposed to be delivered in JHB. It has also traveled between Polokwane and Gauteng multiple times as well. Polokwane is very far from JHB. My question is how did a different address apear to exist and if so how difficult is it to rectify a mistake. I can understand a mistake can be made but it surely can not take 6 weeks to rectify and blatantly ignore your mistake. To refuse to fix it is uncalled for. Online order was made in December and still waiting. They don't even want to cancel the order. You get promised it will be delivered tomorrow. Well tomorrow has come and gone many many many times. My advice is never trust Vodacom nor Ram to deliver. They are a bunch of ***** and blame you the customer for their mistake and get angry with the customer. It's a pity the rating couldn't go into the minus. I rate this experience a Minus 10 stars or even worse. Also how do I know this device isn't damaged with all the handling and km it has done?
