Worst telecommunications service from Vodacom

I have been a Vodacom loyal customer for over 15 years but I am just fedup with them & their products & services.And what frustrates me more is that I even recommended their business to my family,friends & collegues.I regret it.This is the 5th time I bought data that is on promotion & I end up not using it because it's either they barr it or what I don't know.For the past 2 weeks I played this shake competition twice I got 500MB thrice but couldn't use it because their network just died.Then this morning again I won 1GB data and it just vanished.Their prices are ridiculously expensive,you don't get the value for your money and you are being conned.My other problem is that twice they advertised that I can buy 2GB for R115 which was a just for you offer immediately after buying R150 airtime that offer vanished.This happened three times.This is wrong adverti*****t & very frustrating.They rob customers their hard earned money.They sell you R2.50 data on advance & with an interest of R1 but add extra 0.50 cents which is not accounted for.You will opt for competitions which I doubt they are ever won by anyone.Even now I played shake competition with hundreds of entries & I know I will not win it since it was just a **** to lure us and other competitions I have entered which never get won.I am going to port to Telkom network with the rest of the people I made to change to Vodacom & I don't evev feel bad because loyalty is nothing to them.The word of mouth I did to promote their product I'm gonna make sure I take my clients with me coz tjey don't pay me a salary.They have conned me & my hard earned money & am tired of them.Now it is even worse with the load shedding their network sucks & you get stranded in the middle of nowhere.Bye Vodacom and your *****ed service.
