Worst telecom experience.

This is the worst Telecom company I have ever dealt with. On the 5th of June I paid a settlement amount of R18130.04 to close my account. Just to find out that they are still deducting funds off of my account on the 3rd of July (monthly subscription) after I have paid the settlement amount a month prior. When I phone them they say they can not refund the money that is deducted after the settlement has been paid because it is not included in the settlement quotation. I will not advise anyone to make use of their services as they find a way to milk you for more and more money. This is the exact reason why I tried closing my account and paying the settlement quotation.
