Worst staff and manager

<p>My phone was stole in January and had to do an insurance claim, claim was sent through and approved by cellsure (Vodacom's insurance company). I went to the Vodacom Westgate store with my claim and was told they don't ahve stock and not sure when they'd be getting. In April we were again there and still no stock, i mentioned to the lady that we were given 60 days to claim and she assured it wouldn't be a problem, as they jsut do a letter to the insurance expalining the problem. I we there on Sunday adn the lady that initially helped was off so we dealt with another guy, who mentioned they had stock all along and not sure why she didnt process it. He said he'd contact me and let me know, no contact from him, so I called the manager, explained the situation and an hour later andother lady called to say all was processed and I could come collect. I then asked if i could get a discount for all the inconvenience caused and was told to contact the insurance company. I did and they said they can't make that call, it was up to the manager of Vodacom. I called Shiraz asked him and he oputright said he wouldn't give me a discount. Firstly you and your staff need to go back on Customer Service training as not many of you know how to deal with clients nor have the manners to deal with them, worst Vodacom store under the sun</p>
