Worst signal ever

We have almost no signal on our farm, I've sent emails and phoned them but no one has come back to me. I held on the line for almost 10 minutes, no one answered. I cant even receive Whatsapp messages, and have to go outside to phone someone.

No one even bothered to answer my emails. I only get an auto response. Please help!
