Worst service when doing an upgrade.

Terrible service received when trying to upgrade my contracts. I have 3 lines with them, all due for an upgrade. Not one of my quotes were as per the discussion held with the sales consultant. They make promises that they dont intend on keeping only so that they can get the sale and make commission. When it comes to it, they dont give you the deal that they try to sell you when they talk to you in the phone. Always insist on getting your quote from them in writing.
