Worst service to loyal patron

I have been with vodacom for over 6 yrs. i have bought two tablets,2 apple laptops and many phones. My phone got ****** this weekend amd I went for a sim swap this morning just to hear with horror it can not be done because my account is in arrears and the debit order did not go off. There is more tham enough money in my account and there is no sighm of a returned debit order on my side. They can not help me. This is my business phone I use to do banking asf. I must come back tomorrow where there account department is open. Now I have to loose money and cancel appointments to go to vodacom and do all of this again. Worst wordt service ever, not to mention humiliating when someone looks at you as if you ate the wrong whem it is them.
