Worst service providers - Vodacom
To whom it may concern.
Dear Mr. Vodacom, I'm writing this review because I'm sick an tired of phoning your customer care line. The word we will get back to you or we will look into the matter is so annoying now. I've got 4 contracts with you, my parents got 5 contract with you but soon to be changed. We live in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. The network coverage is so bad at our house and we live in centre of the town. Vodacom promised us several time to come and have a look what we can do about the problem. But up to now now one pitched to even make a difference. I think you are the worst service providers that anyone may have. And I will recommend no one to go to Vodacom.

Like you none of my clients can get me on my cellphone . I'm trying to resolve this problem with Vodacom but they don't care about my business . I will keep on telling everyone to leave Vodacom as a service provider because they don't give you service ... Please phone me 07 2 **********
