Worst service provider vodacom

I have ended my vodacom contract after 24 months ,received a cancelation sms but up till this date they keep debiting from bank account. I have tried to contact them for the past 6 months with no luck and numerous efforts to get them to contact me goes on deaf ears .will never recommend them to anyone even if they are the last service provider on this planet .
