Worst Service Provider in South Africa

On the 14th August, I handed my tab in to the Vodacom Shop at Festival Mall Kempton Park, the problem being that it wasn't charging, as it should have been. I was informed by the very rude staff member, that my tablet would be wiped of all data, as I hadn't taken it straight to Vodaworld. What could I do?? On the 24th August, my husband advised that I could collect it from the same store, as he had received messages from the customer service department, stating that it was being returned, it had been repaired & was ready to be collected. I collected it from this store, enquired at to what had been repaired, was informed "electrical spares", signed for it & left. I put it on charge when I got home & it took 3 days to charge to 100%. I then wrote a complaint on Hellopeter about this, as it hadn't been repaired & received an email from a lady named Cassandra, apologizing about the service received, asking me to return it to the same store, asking me to provide job numbers, so that she could get it escalated at the repair division, then asking for all previous job numbers, as they were prepared to give me 50% discount on this. Why must I pay for something, that wasn't repaired in the 1st place, & it ws still under warranty as well. It is still not fixed, it still does the same intermittent charging, I even replaced my chargers, x 2 at a cost of R800, BUT, no luck at all. NOW: my only other option is, that they replace this tablet with a brand new 1, or I sue them for pathetic service, & see how far I get. I am not afraid to take Vodacom on, as their service has gone increasingly downhill, in the last 5 years, & lately it doesn't help to complain about this, as there is absolutely NO SERVICE to complain about.
