Worst Service Provider In SA

Being a local Vodacom client for the last 10 years i was due for an upgrade on 1 August 2016. I decided to wait until after the 7th to see which offerings they will have and WOW they had a great deal on Samsung S7 + Tab3Lite + POWERBANK. I then upgraded through the online department as its so convenient. The lady assisting me confirmed more than once over the phone that the phone and powerbank was in stock they were just waiting for the TAblet stock and as soon as all 3 is received they will send it off to me. within 4 workdays i received my package. Very dissapointed that the Powerbank was not in the box. I called and they consultants said the lady never included the powerbank into my upgrade deal and therefore they cant help me - JUST LIKE THAT AFTER SHE CONFIRMED it will be send. WHY OFFER IT and PROMISE it of you cant give it to a client.

Shortly after that i tried doing a simswap as my old simcard does not fit into my new phone and discovered that the same lady doing my upgrade added my handset amount as a once off on my account instead of over 24 months and its been 3 week of speaking to half of Vodacom to try and sort this and well THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT. In the meantime my new S7 is lying in a box as i cant use it - BUT NOT RUSH from VODACOM to sort this.

I;ve spoken to about 30 diffirent people in diffirent department and to be honost the CUSTOMER SERVICE AT VODACOM IN THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED - from letting me hold for 45min and then dropping the line from people speaking to me as if this is MY problem just to name a few. Why does it take so long to sort our something YOU caused. i'm going on leave on Saturday morning and i'll not have any cellphone reception to sort this out. and what about the POWERBANK I WAS PROMISED. why say that you record calls if you cant listed to them in order to give a client what they were promised.

Advice to the rest of SA dont move to this POOR SERVICE PROVIDER they are not worth the trouble!!!!
