WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN S. A

Recently lost my cell phone with vodacom sim card in phone. When i realised i lost the phone I went to do a sim swop they said 6hrs before the sim would be active again.... 6 hours passed and no service, I phoned vodacom customer care again they said to switch of the phone and wait 24hrs.... 24hrs passed i once again phoned 135 from another vodacom sim Eddie said they will escelate the problem and gave me a ref number, I once again waited 24hrs phoned customer care again spoke to a lady who said they cant do anything I must wait 24 to 72 hours...... 4days no answers from vodacom no call back not anything but comes debit order time they will gladly take my money with a smile...... Wont recomend them to any one and will never take out another contract with them again....... Then again what do one expect from a company based in S. A greedy money chasing good for nothing no aftersales service provider
