WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN HISTORY!!!!

If 0 stars were possible, would have used that star. Cancellation of contracts are impossible task.. One of my many contracts was due for a upgrade and decided to cancel rather as no use for the contract. Cancel in April 2019. Next 3 months same bills even though request for cancellation. Was said by vodacom to Pay the 3 months and then they will cancel the contract. I made the payment as they requested. Another two months bills received with multiple threats to ITC my name. Till today still bills , and no response on cancellation. Multiple calls to vodacom and lawyers, STILL SAME SITUATION. NO SERVICE FROM THEM.. I AM GOING TO CANCEL ALL CONTRACTS AND TAKE FUTHER LEGAL ACTION AGAINST VODACOM DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE WHICH CAUSED MY NAME ON TO BE LISTED ON ITC. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM VODACOM. Will save lot of trouble. WORST service provider EVER in HISTORY!
