Worst service provider ever

Worst service ever. Have had my contract for more than 5 years and for that time I have not been able to use my data for more than 1 year in total. We have continualy contacted customer services regarding the bad data reception, but to no avail. When doing a review, you get a standard prerecorded response. This company doesnt care one iota about their customers or their reputation. My contract still has about 18 months left BUT I AM NOW GOING TO STOP PAYMENT OF THE CONTRACT DUE TO THEIR INABILITY TO PROVIDE SERVICE. PLEASE TAKE ME TO COURT AS I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT THE COURTS SAY ABOUT A SERVICE PROVIDER THAT DOESNT DELIVER SERVICE WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR REGARDLESS.
