Worst Service Provider EVER!!! Customer Service is **********!!!

On Nov 8th, I logged a complaint because Vodacom has double debited my account twice for payments I did not authorise! I got a service request No, which I used in my title heading in an email to ********** along with my bank statement requesting a refund. I recieved an automated email back with another reference number.

Since November 8th, I have called every department you have on: 082 111, ********** , ********** , ********** , ********** . Some consultants can find the reference, others cannot. Then I am told its been closed, without contacting me, notifiying me or resolving my issue.

Two of your consultants, Masichaba and Kabelo (Team Leader) promised to call back on the 23rd, I have heard nothing. Now, after spending 70 minutes being bounced between several departments, I am told to log another service request. Apparently you accounting department cannot see the debits. Let me make this very clear, my bank statement reflects 2 amounts that I DID NOT authorise, so I couldnt give a flying flamingo what you see on your system, you have taken my money, my bank has proof of that, and I WANT IT BACK! This is equivalent to theft!

You need to sort yourselves out. Every consultant I have dealt with (At least 10 of them), refuse to follow this issue through, they simply press transfer. They are inadequately trained to deal with customers problems. I have had an account with you for a little over one month, and it is the worst mistake I have ever made signing up with your company. Its an absolute disgrace. I highly suggest you contact me on ********** and resolve this issue with immediate effect or I will be taking you to the consumer protection courts.

In case you want to follow up my case before you decide to call me back, you can use one of the now many reference numbers I have:

EC-04FS-2VCG1L

A7-EA21-FI-2JA

1- ********** 40692
