Worst service provider ever

I am extremely disappointed with Vodacom. They debited an amount from my account that does not appear on my statement. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but I never received any response and my query was never resolved. Poor communication and lack of assistance are very frustrating. I expected better service and transparency.
