WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!

I am absolutely stunned by the appalling service I've received from Vodacom. I requested a Dual SIM however this is not what I received upon delivery. I tried calling into the Customer Service department and all I got was a voice message saying that my number has been blocked due to an unusual amount of calls made from my number. HOW CAN YOU BLOCK COMMUNICATION? HOW DO CUSTOMERS THEN QUERY ANYTHING OR GET ASSISTANCE.

The bad service I received literally brought me to tears. Last week they blocked my number and it took days for them to sort it out.... Now this! It's just an endless battle trying and begging for someone to assist.

I have never ever experienced anything like this in my life. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AT VODACOM!!
