Worst service provider ever

<p>I renewed my contract with a upgrade in March 2016. My original contract was R 1000 per month and I took a R80 per month contract. I then struggeled for 4 months for them to bring the payments of from R1000 per month to a R80 per month. </p> <p> </p> <p>They then admitted that they need to pay back the money that they took to much from my account in the first place and would pay it back.</p> <p> </p> <p>What happenes on the 1/8/2016?They subtract another R1000 from my account. I then stopped the debit order and they tell me I am going to pay penalties on the stop order. They payed the money they owe me into my Vodacom account and would subtract from that amount every month. It will take years for my account to clear wich they messed up.</p> <p> </p> <p>No they keep asking me to pay the last R1000 so that it can go into there account again. I wanted them to pay the money back to me and they said it would be back in my personal account in 3 days. It has been a week again no info from them or money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have being struggeling from 3/2016 to get my account sorted out and still I have not seen any of my accounts fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I warn you they are not helpfull and know one can make a decision or sort out your problem. I was on the phone for two hours a month back and still they could not help me.</p>
