Worst service provider ever

I was called by a lady about a promotion whereby I'll be getting two phones Y5lite for the price of R285 I took the contract because it was a bargain two phones for the price of R284 I have two kids who needed phones. The lady who called to confirm the deal I asked her do do they have my banking details and she told me she was not authorized to say that. Come month end I get the message that the debit order has bounced the was no money in my account I called and asked them which account they debited cause mine had money and I was told the were going to listen to the recordings and I was told I now have to pay R50 each for the failed debit I said how cause it wasn't my fault to begin and I was told that my complaint has escalated whatever that means they are going to listen to the recordings and get back to me. No one bothered to call me back and explain about their findings but the following month I called because the bill was R405 I asked them how I was told one of the phone took an airtime advance of R10 plus the insurance for both the. I told the lady (Keneilwe) to give me a break down of my bill without the insurance and it came to R295. I asked her is this what I'll be paying every month minus the insurance cause I am cancelling it and she assured me. Last month I paid R380 and this month again the bill came to R380 and it's worthless to call them cause again cause I would **** to and promise they will sort everything. If I knew I wouldn't have taken this contract to begin with.

Thank you but right now I don't want to talk to any consultant I think I've done that countless times already and still I end up having the same problem, all I need now like I told the last consultant I spoke to is to know exactly how much is this contract R284?, R295? Or R380 and why was I **** to in the first place and told that I'll be paying R284 for 2 phones but ended up paying R380 every month. If you can give me an explanation maybe in writing then I'll be satisfied.
