WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!

Vodacom has suspended my account as they said that i haven't paid and have an outstanding balance. I am sitting with the proof of payment in front of me.

I will be taking this further as i am fed up with this service provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are cheating consumers with contracts and making false promises, this is my first contract and i am hating every moment of it, im spending more time on the phone with customer service than i am actually using my phone for personal use!!!!!!

I would like Vodacom to cancel my contract and come and fetch this phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sincerely hope that someone will contact me soon as my phone account has been suspended and am sitting with a phone i paid for and can not use!!!!!
