Worst Service Provider

Vodacom is the worst service provider! This is the second time Iam complaining about the same thing and they have not helped me. I settled my account with them in December 2018 and I even called them to make sure it's closed, the consultant advised that it was closed. But guess what today Iam sitting with a R720 Bill and a judgment in my name I only found this out when I was applying for a CAR my application is declined because they have Blacklisted me. 10 MONTHS LATER MY VODACOM ACCOUNT IS STILL ACTIVE AND NO LONGER WANTS TO HELP. IAM TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN.
