Worst service provider!

Vodacom is pathetic. I had a sim only contract with them which I requested to cancel. I sent an email initially & then ended up phoning them, the agent tried to retain me by offering me a lower monthly rate but I declined. Today I received a call from attorneys that my account has been handed over! & they make it seem like my fault for not following up on the cancellation & tell me the contract was actually renewed & only expires in 2025? & that I actually have another device with them ?? Putrid!!!!!!
