Worst Service Provider
Vodacom customer service is absolutely dreadful. In store they inform me that I have to contact the call centre for assistance. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the call centre. I have been trying for 2 weeks....every time I try, the call immediately drops after I key in my mobile number.
