Worst service provider

It's been days and vodacom has still not contated me about the bad reception I've been complaning about, clearly Voice does not care. The reception comes on and off and no explainations have been made as to what the problem is. I've been missing out on important calls and messages because of Vodacom and it's useless service. I am angry dissapointed at the level of service I've been reciving despite being a loyal customer to vodacom. Vodacom is useless
