Worst Service Provider

This morning I tried using my mobile only to have a pre-recording on my phone to say that my phone has been suspended. I called Vodacom, had to hold on for 10 minutes before I was assisted, was passed from pillar to post (3 different individuals). On the third occassion I was put through to the collections department, had to speak to a very condescending individual who eventually cut me off, par for the course for Vodacom. He still hasnt bothered to call me back. I have been having endless problems with Vodacom over the past 3 months. My husband passed away last year so had to transfer the account over to my name, forms completed, everything in order so I believed. Apparently after debiting my account for the last 2 months, they now say there is an amount of R99 due on my deceased husband's account. How is is possible that the account is transferred into my name but don't close my deceased husband's account? Two weeks ago I had a query, the lady told me it looks like they duplicated the payment, from going from an average of R1700-00 per month it went to R3500-00, a dispute was lodged apparently but todate no-one has even bothered to call me regarding this. Worst service provider ever, so unhelpful, will need to contact the Consumer Complaints Department for them with this matter.
