Worst service provider

<p>Vodacom must be the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. I have had a couple of disputes that Vodacom were looking into 2 months ago. Hey informed me that it will take 10 days to get back to me and I am still waiting two months later. When I called them to find out what is going on the told me the case was closed for no apparent reason. I have had other disputes whereby I tried to escalate it to someone high up and not have not been able to get hold of anyone. The GM was supposed to call me back and I am still waiting. Not to mention the amount of times I have been cut off when calling Vodacom. I find their service and attitude disgusting.</p>
