Worst service or lack of service ever

I asked for my issue to be escalated a week ago and I'm still waiting for a call...that's how useless they are...get someone to call me so I can find out exactly when my contract ends so that I have move my number to a different service provider...you guys have no idea what is customer service...absolutely pathetic!!!
