Worst service on a repair ever!

I am disapointed to say the least! Took in my phone to Vodacom Malelane on the 6th of February 2019 for a repair due to the loadspeaker and volume button not working. Very impressed with their service as my phone is back within 7 days. Only to find out they did nothing! They could not unlock the phone?! Send it back again, now they checked the fault on the sim tray?! No one ever said there was anything wrong with the sim tray! Again we send it back, this time they repair it, but once again I can't get my phone back, because now they removed my sim tray! So its send back again! Now today 28/03/2019 I get a call your phone is back... I am so happy to hear this only to find out that the sim tray is still not in the phone!!!! I have been sitting without a phone that I need to pay for every month! I am so discussed with this whole situation! The only answer the manager at the Malelane branch can give me is they don't do the repairs so he can't do anything about the situation!? REALLY!!! You guys don't have any issues reaching out new contracts or doing upgrades but when there is a issue you guys tell me you can't do anything?!
