WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE BEEN HOLDING FOR 2 HOURS

My account has been locked due to a debit order failure. I sent an e-mail to Vodacom on the 17th of March 2015 requesting that they change our debit order details with immediate effect as the previous account has been closed. This is the reference I received. This is an automated response that we have received your email. Your reference number is: EC-0W31-26EMYH. On the 23rd of March 2015, Vodacom tried to run a debit on the old account even though I had notified them that I have changed banking details and the they confirmed on the 17th that my banking details were changed.

I have been holding for the past 2 hours for the accounts and I'm being transferred from one consultant to another and no one seems to have an answer. they are telling me I'm owing a current amount but my account is locked. There is no 30 days amount overdue??? Can someone help me please.
