Worst service no accountability

"My name is Andile Mkhize.I would like a refund. I have been awaiting activation from April 2025. I have wasted a lot of money on airtime, hoping to get the service I paid for numerous times, but my money went into the drain. This is my third attempt for a refund, and I am very frustrated. All I wanted was wifi.Instead, I have to buy data every day,week, and month because I run a business. What's even more frustrating is that I use vodacom as my cellular network, so everytime I recharge, my conscious reminds me of this issue. I want my money back"
