WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! - ARROGANT CALL CENTRE AGENTS

I ordered the P40 LTE last week for R199 P/M, Order was successful, and everything went through fine, the consultant said I will receive a sms when it is out for delivery,

A week goes by, no contact from Vodacom, yesterday I spent almost 5 hours on the phone with your useless arrogant consultants who all had a different story to tell me and they kept on transferring me to someone else! I kid you not I must have spoken to at least 20 consultants yesterday and today! Do you know how frustrating it is to answer the same security questions each time I get put through to someone else only to be told “let me transfer you”??!!

Finally, someone said “oh system cancelled order as there was no stock”, well shouldn’t someone at least have had the decency to call me and tell me this is what is happening your order was cancelled due to no stock, but instead no1 bothered to call me while I’ve been waiting like an idiot for a delivery that was never going to happen!!

I get put through to some1 else again, this person tells me there is stock available and she’s going to reprocess my order, half way through she drops the call in my ear, I’ve called back about 9 consultants later someone tells me very arrogantly to go to the branch and sort it out, I can only be assisted at the branch, I ask why? They tell me they don’t know why I need to go to the branch, but I have to do it there, I reply with for what? The consultant “I don’t know just go there”

You cannot even begin to imagine my frustration and anger!! At least hire people who can actually do a friken job and help

My question: am I getting my damn order or not!! (still no answer)
