Worst service in history

I ordered an iphone 17 on Sunday 5/17/2026.

got the whole confirmation of contract in my email.

followed up on Tuesday, called them.

Their response: your phone has not been collected by the courier company, please allow 3-5 days.

followed up on Friday, called them.

Their response: your order has been cancelled - there's no reason for the cancellation. You will have to order again.

I dont have to elaborate on why this frustrates me but i already authorized the debit order mandate , so you can see where this is going.
