worst service i have ever used

good day over a week ago i was transferred money into mpesa account.<br> when i got the account i got the pitched it is fast easy and convenient, over a week later i don't have my money, mpesa line *** says its out of there control its in i.ts control. why is i.t handling my money???betty has said they will contact me last Friday before business end. and no response. oh and they close on the weekend so the money i needed was on break over the weekend haha. how can you handle your clients money in this mannerism. what if someone desperately needed this money and you guys have left him stranded on the side of the road while you have a pleasant weekend off. <br> this is by far the worst idea vodacom has ever attempted to do.put proper procedures into place this is not customer service<br> FIX IT and give me my money back! so i can take my business else were.
