Worst service I have ever experienced!

Vodacom what a disgrace in service! These past four weeks have been absolute hell with Vodacom. I have been trying to apply for a simple transfer of ownership.  My grandfather is the account holder on two Vodacom contracts, I have been using one of the contract numbers since 2001 and my grandfather the other contract.  My company paid for both these contracts.  Unfortunately my grandfather passed away and I had to apply for a transfer of ownership to keep my number. Vodacom also sent me an sms to visit my nearest Vodacom branch to apply for this transfer.  Little did I know that the following weeks that laid ahead would be the most frustrating, absolutely out of hell experience in my life ever!  And that for just trying to apply for a transfer of ownership! Vodacom also cut of my data benefits and continued to debit me for the data package benefit!  Never in my life before have I been sent and referred so many times to different consultants!  And each and every one of them are more *********** that the other one before!  Both the Vodacom branches in Louis Trichardt were unable to assist me, not one of the consultants or managers there could inform me regarding the procedure to apply for a transfer of ownership!  And if they tried, the information given was contradicting in terms of the Vodacom Customer Care Line!  The same when you phone Vodacom Customer Care Line and Vodacom Legal!  Contradicting information, the one seems more *********** than the other and although I personally hand delivered a request for transfer of ownership to the Vodacom branch more than 4 weeks ago, and despite the fact that my wife also sent numerous e-mails with an application for transfer of ownership weeks ago, Vodacom sent me an SMS today saying that a transfer of ownership HAS NOT BEEN ARRANGED ON THIS CONTRACT.  THIS LINE WILL NOW BE DELETED!!!!  I mean seriously!  I have personally been to both the Vodacom branches in my town, more than 10 times!  I have phoned Vodacom a million times and each and every time they refer you to a different person, so you have to repeat your whole story again from the beginning and voila, that person also seems *********** of assisting you, not having a clue how to advise you successfully! Or the phone gets disconnected!  I have like a million reference numbers! The same with my wife, who also tried to attempt the impossible, she was referred from the one consultant to the other.  It is quite obvious that the one hand there does not know what the other hand is doing and it seems that you need an A+ for incompetence if you want a position at Vodacom!  The experience in service (call that non service) has been absolutely horrifying! I have jotted down a few of the names of consultants that I have spoken to these past few weeks who also just pulled up their shoulders and not being able to assist me with the transfer application.  I mean how difficult is it to do a transfer of ownership!?  Well clearly, if you ask me now, impossible!!! This service provider is totally useless when it comes to customer services!  I mean I have been breaking my neck to follow up on this transfer because I don’t want them to delete my line!  I am sure that by the end of the day my line will be deleted, but I mean, what did I expect?  Service from Vodacom?  It is almost as if the consultants have an internal competition between them to see with what degree of unprofessionalism and ***********s they can assist you and to how many other consultants they can refer you.  I am and have been fighting a total losing battle!  It is frightening that in all this time not one person, NOT ONE, was able to successfully assist me and to resolve this matter!  My chances are better at winning the lotto than receiving joy from Vodacom! My mind set toward Vodacom has totally changed, you have truly disappointed me! One very frustrated and unhappy customer!

I seriously want to get a heart attack when you bull***** customers with this line! This is all I have been hearing the past few weeks! No one ever makes contact and if they do they are to *********** to sort out this simple issue! They deleted my line today!!!! Despite the fact that I have made contact with Vodacom at both branches in Louis Trichardt weeks ago and contacted the call center a million times, sent about 10 e-mails to the legal department and still no relief! I was at one of the Vodacom branches again on Friday for hours! All empty promises! And look now! My line is deleted!

I went to Vodacom again just now and they told that they have no idea what to do and they do not understand! What did I do wrong to deserve treatment and service like this!? I have been paying my bills on time every month! What the hell is left for me to do when even the consultants at the Vodacom branch tell me that they have no idea how to do a transfer of ownership! I app**** for a new contract at MTN this morning, the service so far has been amazing!
