Worst service from Vodacom Fibre. Highly not recommended.

The worst service imaginable. I recently moved to a new home. Was told I could have the same fiber line through openserve. Openserve comes and installs the ONT on the specified date. Was told that the line would be active within 72 hours. 2 weeks later and spoken to more than 15 rude consultants, the line is finally up. Super slow connection that only lasts for one week. Going through the same painful process speaking to multiple consultants and supervisors. Told me the line is off in my area, which is a lie, because I confirmed with Openserve that it is not off. Fiber line still not active. Definitely cancelling my contract.
