Worst service from vodacom

Good day

I went into vodacom 4U a week ago to open a contract, the gentleman told me he will contact me within 4 hours to tell me if im approved or not.

Its been over aweek already and still nothing. After continuing phoning to get information they keep telling me they will phone me back but never do. I finally got hold of a operator whuch thrn told me that there is nothing on my profile after which the people at vodacom 4u have told me a few time that they looking at my profile and see its busy pending.

This is pathetic and unacceptable.
