Worst service from Vodacom

For such a big company to have so much 1 star rating is really disappointing. Am not surprised why am getting such a poor service. I sent a request on Monday to have to phone unblacklisted, to this day no one has contacted me for feedback, I called your customer service team and I was told they couldn’t transfer me, they gave me a number to call which is *** and it doesn’t go through. The form I completed for unblacklisting also has a number I could call which doesn’t go through. I called the store closer to me and they also not willing to give me answers. As a client I must just wait hoping someone will come back to me one day. Am very close to porting my number to another network as I can’t afford to lose it. It’s been a pain dealing with Vodacom as a provider. I’m also using Vodacom fibre, my ISP logged a ticket with them 2 weeks ago and they only attended last night. 2 weeks with no connection
