Worst service from Vodacom

Mall of the South technician at Vodacom,we have been waiting outside from 13:50,they were busy with the customers and we asked me if we can come back after how long he said after an hour.When we passby after 30minutes he was busy with another client.When he is suppose to serve us o asked him why did he lie to us about the time.He jump over me and say hey dobt be rude,you can call the manager now.Youll go to another Vodacom shop.If I want i won't serve you.he locked the door. Went to his desk took out his phone and went on it.
