WORST SERVICE FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY 😒

I've upgraded my data contract with vodacom last month till today I haven't received my router no data as promised, keep in mind I was actually terminating my contract with them and they convinced to stay BUT WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THEIR CALL CENTER THAT I DID AN UPGRADE. I've emailed Shamiel office with a complain nothing was done no call no email no curtesy for their mistake. MTN offered a better deal and because I'm loyal I gave them a benefit of the doubt I got *****ed
