Worst Service Experience Ever

<p>I am a Vodacom client for about 15 years. Up untill recently I told everybody what that I never had problems with Vodacom. Untill recently!</p> <p>I want to upgrade 2 contracts but after 2 weeks still not had any luck. False promises, different excuses, unhelpfullness it just dont stop!</p> <p>Despite numerous promises nobody get back to me and I still do not have the uogrades. And it is alway me who have to phone back make long calls and still dont get anywhere!</p> <p>Really dissapointed and annoyed.</p>
