Worst Service Experience

I bought an iPhone 7 plus 128GB Gold online via the vodacom online shop. I thought this was the best option for me, considering that i was so busy at work and could not get the perfect time to go into a shop and buy a phone. I have experienced the worst service and would like to cancell my contract with immediate effect due to the following reasons:

1. I ordered the phone online and it took over a month to be delivered

2. The phone took over 2weeks for it to be activated on the system after its arrival, so it was of no use to me

3. When the package deal was eventually loaded to the phone, it was not as promised. the deal is 10gig for the first 3months, with minutes etc. But that is not what was loaded on the first month and no one could explain this to me. Only on my 10th call someone explained that it was calculated via pro-rata

4. The deal is R899 but i get debited R910.33 for a what so ever reason i don't know

5. Evertime i call vodacom, i get told they cannot see this deal or contract on their side. This happens 90% of the time when i call vodacom.

6. I said the debit order must go of on the 31st of each month for a reason. and vodacom only took the debit order on the 3rd, hence for this month it bounced because after the 1st, all my remaining money automatically gets saved under my investments. I asked for the 31st for a reason.

7. I called vodacom on the 9 May on these numbers ********** and ********** for cancellation and both of the consultants that i spoke to said that they can't see this contract or deal on their systmems

8. Now the phone is suspended or soft locked because of the delay from vodacom on taking the debit order

Please can someone cancell this contract and come take this phone, i will go and buy this phone cash in store and won't have to deal with this drama
