WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! VODACOM SUCKS

I have been trying for two weeks to have my phone exchanged. I am just being fobbed off ever single time (Fabian never replies to emails). I have had it with Vodacom. I elected to upgrade my phone and had an out of box failure - as the phone kept on freezing on me. I arranged the exchange / up-liftment within 7 days..... it's ****** two weeks later. <br> <br> I do not want anything further to do with Vodacom - come and get your ****** stupid phone so that my life can go on. <br> <br> Dont call me with extra data and apologies - I have had it.. Phone me to tell me when they will be picking it up.<br>
